PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light exciting laser oscillating method and an oscillator for preventing the generation of the fluctuation of temperature distribution in a laser medium. SOLUTION: The laser oscillator provides a light exciting laser oscillating method for relatively moving at least either exciting light sources (2a, 2b and 2c) or a laser medium (1) to the other, and a light exciting laser oscillator having moving means (5, 6) for relatively moving either the exciting light sources (2a, 2b and 2c) or the laser medium (1) to the other. In this case, at least either the exciting light sources or the laser medium is relatively moved to the other so that the exciting light can be moved on the laser medium, and that the generation of the fluctuation of temperature distribution due to the light excitation of the laser medium can be prevented. |
