PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize uncompetitive high speed and stable communication by operating the centralized control of all communication, and to allow fixedly operating infrastructure network and a temporarily operating adhock network to coexist. SOLUTION: An access point 13 successively operates the polling of stations 11 and 12 of an infrastructure network 10 and stations 21 and 22 of an adhock network 20, and then repeatedly operates the polling of any unspecific destination station. Only the station which receives the polling is given a transmission right, and able to communicate with the other side station in the same network without using the access point 13. When direct wireless communication between the stations 11 and 12 is not available, the communication through the access point 13 is made available. The station which does not receive the polling to its own destination issues its integration request to the access point 13.
