PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission terminal which can automatically re- transmit an electronic mail at a timing according to the time zone. SOLUTION: The transmission terminal for transmitting the electronic mail by using a radio communication network is provided with a non-transmitted mail storage unit 150 for storing the non-received electronic mail if the electronic mail transmitted from the transmission terminal is not received by a reception terminal, a timing determination unit 130 for determining the timing of re-transmitting the electronic mail stored by the non-transmitted mail storage unit 150 by using the information on the time zone, and a transmission unit 160 for transmitting the electronic mail stored in the non-transmitted mail storage unit 150 to the reception terminal at the timing determined by the timing transmission unit 130.
