PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a user to process data by using one integrated master file that stores the data for the multiple type master files. SOLUTION: A method for controlling an integrated master file has a step, which displays a screen to process data for one integrated master file that stores the data for the multiple type master files, and a step, which enables a system to facilitate any function to display each data and input each data for a common or individual portion of the master file being selected, after selecting the multiple type master files via the screen in order to process the data for the integrated master file.
