PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time taken to collect and store information on medical care and achieve chart management work free from error. SOLUTION: A hospital server 3 stores registration information on a patient and medical images related to the patient from a patient registration terminal 22 in a hospital. An operating part server 2 reads recorded information such as a name, a date of birth, medical care records and medical images related to the patient to be operated. A first controller 1 inputs patient information (a name and an ID code of patient) specifying the patient to display on a display device 18, and when the patient information input from an input device 1a does not match to the patient information stored into the hospital server 3, the first controller displays the fact on the display device 18. |
