PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience for users even when commodities ordered at a convenience store is out of stock, by activating merits of the communication among vehicles on the road and stores in maximum. SOLUTION: This convenience store system comprises an in-vehicle device 1, shop-side devices 2 respectively installed in each of grouping shops St...St of the convenience store selling commodities desired by a user in a vehicle CR, for receiving at least the order of the commodities from the in-vehicle device 1 by the communication among vehicle on the road, inquiring a stock condition in other grouping shops when the commodities are out of stock, and informing a result of the inquiry to the in-vehicle device 1 by the communication among vehicles on the road and stores, and a data center system (head office- side device) 3 for answering the inquiry from the shop-side device 2 on the commodities out of stock, confirming the stock condition in the other grouping shops ST through a network NT, and informing the other grouping shop having the stock of the commodities with its map information to the shop-side device 2 through the network NT. |
