PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information receiver for digital broadcasting and a distribution system capable of preventing necessary information from being unexpectedly missed when a receiving terminal (mobile object) side passes through a dead zone where the receiving terminal can not receive radio waves because of the influence of topography, buildings, etc. SOLUTION: This information terminal is provided with a receiving difficulty region description table where information of an identifier for a region where receiving failures occur frequently is described and a reception deciding means for deciding whether or not information distributed by digital broadcasting can be received on the basis of the receiving difficulty region description table.
