PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency coil enameled wire in which even when iron is plated thick, conductive resistance is not raised, and a coil characteristic is not decreased. SOLUTION: A polyurethane insulating coating is coat-baked in an outer periphery of a copper wire 1 to form a first insulating film 2, and iron of ferromagnetic metal is plated by electrodeposition in the outer periphery thereof to form a magnetic metal plating layer 3. Further, a polyurethane insulating coating is coat-baked in the outer periphery thereof to form a second insulating film 4, so that a high frequency coil enameled wire 10 is provided.
