PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a light emitting display panel in which cross talk light emission is effectively suppressed, no luminance reduction of light emitting elements caused by secular change occurs and service life of the elements is practically extended. SOLUTION: While scanning lines B1 to Bm are being successively scanned and light emitting elements OEL are light emission driven, a voltage peak value generated on the scanning line, that is in a non-scanning condition, is held in a capacitor C3 through parasitic capacitors of the light emitting elements in their non-scanning condition. On the other hand, a reverse voltage outputted from a reverse bias voltage generating circuit 5 is controlled based on the voltage value held in the capacitor C3 and supplied to the lines B1 to Bm. Thus, a reverse bias voltage, which corresponds to the forward direction voltage of the elements and is optimized, is generated and cross talk light emission is effectively suppressed. Moreover, reduction in luminance and increase in luminance do not occur even though the forward direction voltage is increased or decreased by secular and temperature changers of the elements and the service life of the elements is practically extended. |
