PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to mount a burglarproof device on an entry by himself and surely suppress picking damage. SOLUTION: The burglarproof device has a thumb-turn condition detecting part 26 for detecting the operated condition of a lock itself via a thumb-turn. An external operation part 21 performs various operations including setting/ resetting operation of a burglarproof mode. A controller 24 executes predetermined burglarproof processing and informs information devices when the thumb- turn condition detecting part 26 detects the unlocking operation of the lock itself in the state of being set in the burglarproof mode. As a result, the information devices 31, 32, 33, 45, 101, 102 performs one of notifying processing using a general public line for notifying a predetermined point to be notified that the unlocking operation is done in the burglarproof mode, informing processing using sound, or light for information and status recording processing using image recording for recording the status of the unlocking operation.
