PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-processor constituted control device which can be detached from each control execution device, and re-started with a simple and inexpensive configuration without using any common memory. SOLUTION: In the multi-processor constituted control device of a small number of processors, a simple telegraphic interface is used for an interface between a plurality of control instruction devices 110 and 120 for receiving the control request from upper devices 200 and 300, and the determination whether or not the interface is controllable for the setting or the control is requested to other control instruction device. For the instruction for releasing the setting, the control execution is requested to other control instruction device.
