PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation for performing communication and to improve security by utilizing fingerprint authentication. SOLUTION: When the fingerprint data of a user read by a fingerprint sensor 2 match any one of a plurality of fingerprint data stored on a memory 6, the telephone number of a party corresponding to these fingerprint data is read out of the memory 6 and a call is made. Besides, when these data do not match any fingerprint data, call operation is disabled.
