PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve S/N of a lower frequency component without damaging information of high frequency component of image data in image data preparing method and device. SOLUTION: A CCD imaging means 10 having a binning mode acquires low frequency image data representing a low frequency component of material 1 obtained by imaging the material 1 in a first binning mode for binning of pixels of the CCD imaging means 10, also acquires high frequency image data representing a high frequency component of the material 1 obtained by imaging the material 1 without binning the pixels of the CCD imaging means 10 and prepares synthetic image data by combining the high frequency image data with the low frequency image data. |
