PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the marketing effectiveness by selectively and automatically accessing a homepage by only barcode information read on a user side, and by rapidly and easily obtaining the contents, and increasing the number of accesses. SOLUTION: Information (homepage) provided in communication networks (communication networks 1, 2) is provided and obtained with mediation. An HP mediation connection communication device 4 extracts, from the barcode information received from a communication terminal 3, respective data for specifying the communication terminal 3 having requested (a) a communication device 7 of a connection destination company, (b) provided information, and (c) line connection for obtaining information. The HP mediation connection communication device 4 transmits data of the communication terminal 3 having requested the provided information and connection to the identified connection destination. The company communication device 7 connects to the communication terminal 3 informed from the HP mediation connection communication device 4 through a line, provides the informed information. The communication terminal 3 obtains specified information.
