PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an empty information providing system and method enabling a user to easily read and reserve facilities having empty information by reading out the time-limited empty information of the facilities and capable of reducing the load of the facilities side. SOLUTION: The empty information providing system is provided with a facilities database, an empty information receiving means for receiving an empty information registering request and/or empty information from a facilities terminal, registering the empty information and the registration time of the empty information in the facilities database at the time of receiving the empty information, regarding the receiving time of the registration request as the registration time of the empty information when only the registration request of the empty information is received and registering the registration time of the empty information and previously determined empty information in the facilities database, an empty information providing means for receiving a condition from a user terminal and extracting and transmitting facilities information and empty information matched with the condition and the registration time of the empty information, and an automatic empty information deletion means for automatically deleting empty information whose previously determined storage time from the registration time has passed. |
