PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease system capable of providing many articles to a borrower 12 under various conditions and inexpensively providing a required article to the borrower 12 under a required contract condition by connecting a lender 11 and the borrower 12 most matching their demands with each other through a communication network 13 and forming a lease contract. SOLUTION: The lease system is provided with a lease server 14, lender terminal equipment 15 to 17 connected to the server 14 through the communication network 13 and borrower terminal equipments 18 to 20. Each of the terminal equipment 15 to 17 has a function for transmitting lender request information such as a commodity to be lend, the number of pieces of the commodity and a lending period to the server 14, each of the terminal equipment 18 to 20 has a function for transmitting borrower request information such as a commodity to be borrowed, the number of pieces of the commodity and borrowing period to the server 14 and the server 14 has a lease information database 21 for storing the lender request information and the borrower request information. |
