<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar battery capable of raising a power generating efficiency by effectively utilizing a fluorescence radiated at random even when the fluorescence is radiated at random, and to provide a light converging/ reflecting element. SOLUTION: An incident light 14 is converged to a circular pinhole group 12 of a reflection layer 11 by a hemispherical light converging lens group 13 of the light converging/reflecting element 100. The light incident from the group 12 is converted into alight of a wavelength region capable of being photoelectrically converted through a transparent substrate 10 having fluorescent characteristics. This light is multiple-reflected between a reflection layer 2 of the element 100 and the layer 11 of the light converging/reflecting element 200. Accordingly, a light quantity irradiated to a photoelectric conversion layer 6 is increased to raise a power generating efficiency.</p> |
