METHOD FOR PREDICTING PHYSICAL PROPERTY OF POLYMER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF PLANT BY USING THE PREDICTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and accurately predicting the physical property of polymer being manufactured in a polymer manufacturing plant in real time. SOLUTION: In the method, regularity/relevance is extracted from a set of past polymer manufacturing plant operation data and a set of physical property data of polymer to be a product by using the concept of phase analysis, modeling for providing continuity to the relation between the set of the plant operation data and the set of the physical property data is executed and the physical property of polymer being manufactured is predicted from current plant operation data in real time by using the modeling.
