PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor which can avoid the size increase, and to improve the utilization factor of a magnet flux. SOLUTION: A stator 11 comprises a disc-type yoke 11b made of nonmagnetic metal and a magnet 14 fixed to the lower surface of the yoke 11b. A rotor 12 has a motor core 15 and a plurality of wound coils 16 arranged on the core 15. The core 15 has an annular core main part 17, six magnetic cores 18 to which the wound coils 16 are attached, and auxiliary magnetic cores 19 attached to the tips of the respective magnetic cores 18.
