PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine control device for stopping a machine at a target position without generating the vibration even in the case of moving a long-size arm, to which a heavy material is fitted at a tip thereof. SOLUTION: This machine control device for outputting a compensating position command value for stopping a machine without generating the vibration of the heavy material 1 is formed by arranging a compensating element 10 between a position command device 9 and a position control device 8.
