PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used item transaction system capable of selling at a high price for a user exhibiting a used item, and purchasing at a low price for a user desiring to purchase the used item. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a server computer 1 as a used item transaction support device, and a user terminal device 2 and store terminal device 3 that are enabled to communicate with the server computer 1 through the Internet 10. The server computer 1 is provided with a used item database 11d for registering used item information, and a point database 11e for registering a holding point of each user. The server computer 1, which has received used item purchase information transmitted from a terminal device, performs the processing for concluding the sales transaction of a used item registered in the used item database 11d on the basis of the purchase information. By adding points usable in a predetermined transaction by the amount equivalent to a sales transaction value on the holding point of the user exhibiting the used item, the user is provided with the points in compensation for the sales transaction. |
