PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate reutilization by facility users and to accelerate invitation of new facility users in various kinds of facilities. SOLUTION: A system for preparing a picture postcard with an advertisement is constituted of a reception terminal provided with a picture postcard origination information input means and an information transmission means, and a picture postcard preparing device provided with an information reception means and a picture postcard preparation means. By originating the picture postcard with a high advertising effect, on which a photo of a customer and the advertisement of the facilities are printed, a facility utilization inviting effect is demonstrated to a recipient. Also, by sending direct mail for the advertisement to a sender and the recipient at any time, facility reutilization accelerating and new utilization accelerating effects are demonstrated.
