PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive image processor with excellent versatility capable of real time processing and to provide an image processing method, a program for executing the image processing method, and a computer-readable recording medium for recording the program to execute the image processing method. SOLUTION: A watch point decision section 41a decides a watch point from an image obtained by an image input section, a resampling section 41b resamples the image in spiral around the watch point and an image processing section 42 processes the image on the basis of pixel values that are resampled according to a program stored in a storage section 5.
