<p>The invention relates to a device that is used for selecting needles in circular knitting machines. The inventive device makes use of three basic polar systems, namely: a preparative magnetic retention system, an electromagnetic system which makes the selection and a retention system for the mechanical selection. Said selection is based on the opposing forces produced between the magnetic attraction forces of the three polar systems on one face of the jack and a spring associated with said jack.</p> |
