An equalizing plate for electric motor (1) can be assembled with a rotor (10) a stator (20) and a circuit board (40) for the motor(1), where the equalizing plate (50) has a axial aperture (51) for coupling with the stator (20) and at least two induction edges (53) which are arranged symmetrically relative to the axial aperture (51), and where each of the induction edges (53) has an arc-length (a') which is not greater than a length (b) of one pole of a number of poles of an annular permanent magnet (11) of the rotor (10). The at least two induction edges (53) of the equalizing plate (50) face at least two poles having the same polarity as the several poles of the annular permanent magnet (11) when the motor is idle and form a correspondence between them which facilitates easy re-starting of the motor.
