COLLECTING AND DISTRIBUTING RING FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE STATOR

A collecting and distributing ring is constituted of three annular busbars and integrally connected with an insulation resin at predetermined distances. Coil connection terminals project radially outward and are alternately disposed in relation with the three busbars. External terminals project radially outward and are adjacently disposed in position. All these terminals are exposed from the surface of the insulation resin. The stator is constituted of a predetermined number of stator units disposed circumferentially and built in the collecting and distributing ring. Each stator unit comprises a core unit for realizing magnetic teeth, insulation members, and coils. The first end of a coil is connected to a coil connection terminal by an external terminal member, and the second ends of adjacent coils are electrically connected by an internal terminal member.
