<p>The present invention provides an organic composition comprising a water-soluble heteroaromatic compound, water and a polymer containing repeat units derived from six-membered aromatic heterocyclic monomers substituted in the 4- position relative to the heteroatom by an alkyl substituent, said six-membered aromatic heterocyclic monomer optionally being further substituted. The organic composition is excitable by predetermined incident electromagnetic radiation of predetermined intensity such that the excitation of a location of the composition by the predetermined incident radiation creates at least one of the following effects: a desired luminescence of the excited location and a desired electrical conductivity of the excited location.</p> |
