<p>The present invention relates to a whole body sport outfit. The whole body sport outfit comprises wheels 120 connected to chains 110 at internal upper and lower sides of a body 100 for driving the chains 110 at a straight-line motion, a pedal 150 also used as a handle for performing upwardly and downwardly at a straight-line motion along with the chains 110, a friction member 180 installed at an upper side of the body 100 for applying a friction force to the chains 100, and a support 190 installed at the bottom of the body 100. Therefore, an exercise of the whole body such as the waist, an arm, a leg, or the like can be easily performed. Further, an adequate exercise can be performed to fit to human's body. In addition, a whole body exercise and a muscle exercise can be easily performed.</p> |
