A polypropylene resin composition comprises (in weight%) propylene polymer (A) (30-70), ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymer rubber (B) (10-30), styrene-based copolymer rubber (C) (1-10), polar group containing resin (D) (1-7) and an inorganic filler (E) (10-40). A propylene resin composition comprises (in wt.%) propylene polymer (A) (30-70), ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymer rubber (B) (10-30), styrene-based copolymer rubber (C) (1-10), polar group containing resin (D) (1-7) and an inorganic filler (E) (10-40). The polymer (A) contains propylene homopolymer (0-30) and propylene-ethylene copolymer (70-100). The copolymer (B) contains ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber (60-95) and ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymer (5-40). The rubber (C) contains a polymer block of styrene or its derivative (10-50) and a polymer block copolymerized with ethylene, isoprene, butylene, butadiene and/or propylene (50-90). The resin (D) contains modified polypropylene grafted to a graft ratio (0.5-6) and/or polyolefin polyol. The filler (E) is talc, barium sulfate, potassium carbonate or wollastonite. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Interior automotive component, which is formed by injection molding the polypropylene resin composition; and (2) Process for constructing an instrument panel integrally enclosing an airbag, installed without any assembly, after paint-coating the interior automotive component without a pretreatment.
