A ball joint assembly comprising a bolt (3) having a substantially spherical part (3k) on the base end side of a shaft part (3j), and a housing (4) being fitted rotatably to the spherical part of the bolt, characterized in that the housing (4) is a resin member insert molded around the spherical part of the bolt (3). The weight is reduced while eliminating looseness and manufacture is simplified.
