<p>In an information display system, by displaying a map around a point entered and related in advance to a date or a date and time and allowing the user to select the date or the date and time, the user can grasp the position of the point on the map easily and accurately as well as grasp other information around that point. The system includes a map information storage block for storing map information, an input apparatus for inputting a predetermined point date or the date and time correlated with the point, a schedule information storage block for storing the point and the date or the date and time correlated with the point, a display apparatus for displaying a calendar (37) and a map, and a display control apparatus for allowing the display apparatus to display a map corresponding to the point correlated with the date or date and time selected on the calendar (37).</p> |
