An armature (20) is disposed between the coil assemblies (60,70) which are disposed in the chamber of a housing (10). The armature includes an upper plate (15), a lower plate (17), a rod (19) connecting the upper plate and lower plate, and an insulator (12) disposed between the rod and the upper plate or between the rod and the lower plate. A valve (40) is coupled to a lower part of the armature. A first valve spring (30) downwardly biases the armature, and a second valve spring (50) upwardly biases the armature.
