The structure for jogging or walking with a baby carriage has at least one element at the rear of the carriage, which swings on the vertical plane. It has two holders which fit on to the hips of the user, and two linkage points at the sides of the carriage. The linkage points are set at a height which matches the level where the assembly is secured to the hips. The structure is held at the hips by a belt, which is elastic or partially elastic at least at the front of the belt.
