The invention relates to a method for producing a metal component, in particular an internal joint part of a Cardan joint, which is provided with a ball path. According to the invention: a charge cavity is filled with powder; the charge cavity is delimited by means of a die, at least one moulding mandrel and a charging mandrel positioned opposite the latter, a central mandrel and at least one lower and upper punch; the powder is compressed in the charge cavity by pressure on the upper and/or lower punch to form a green product, which is then expelled and sintered.
