A conductive composite sheet which has sufficient surface resistance even when it contains a small amount of a conductive filler. The biodegradable conductive composite sheet is composed of two or more layers, and is characterized in that an outer layer thereof comprises a polylactic acid polymer, a biodegradable aliphatic polyester, and a conductive material and an inner layer thereof comprises a polylactic acid polymer and a biodegradable aliphatic polyester.
