An aseptic filling machine, comprising a sterilized filling and capping chamber (44), a conveyor (41) for carrying, into the chamber (44), an aseptic container (11) and an aseptic cap (13) put onto the mouth part (12) of the aseptic container and having a sealability capable of preventing the atmosphere from entering the inside of the container, a filling device (53) disposed in the chamber (44) and filling aseptic contents into the container (11) carried into the chamber (44), a capping device (54) disposed in the chamber (44) and putting the cap (13) carried into the chamber (44) onto the contents filled container (11), a conveyor (41) for carrying the contents filled container (11) with the cap (13) from the inside of the chamber (44), and a seal device (55) disposed on the outside of the chamber (44) and sealing the contents filled container (11) carried from the inside of the chamber (44) and the cap (13) put on the container.
