The fastener is held inside a substantially T-shaped groove (11) in the wall (1). The groove is located in front of the reinforcing layer in the wall and acts as a blind cavity. The groove has an entrance opening with a cross-section corresponding to that of the fastener head. The fastener is also engaged with a blind cavity in the panel.
