PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more enhance a depth feeling by a conventional technique in a decorative sheet developing a feeling deep to look at by laminating and compounding a plurality of sheets. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted of a laminated composite sheet comprising a substrate sheet 1 and the pattern sheet 2 provided on the substrate sheet 1 or a laminated composite sheet comprising the substrate sheet 1, a surface layer sheet 3 and the pattern sheet 2 between both sheets 1 and 3. The substrate sheet 1 is constituted of a sheet having a flat upper surface developing metal gloss and the pattern sheet 2 comprises a light pervious sheet having a pattern 20 provided to both surfaces or upper surface thereof. The surface layer sheet 3 comprises a light pervious embossed sheet.
