PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device of easily assembled structure. SOLUTION: This valve device is provided with a valve rod 20 inserted from a rod mounting port 10 provided on the downstream chamber 8 side, and inserted through an axial hole 12 provided on the upstream chamber 7 side, via a communicating hole 9; a valve 21 provided at the downstream chamber 8 side end part of the valve rod 20 to close the communicating hole 9 from the downstream chamber 8 side; a diaphragm 40 mounted to the other end part of the valve rod 20 projected from the upstream chamber 7, to operate the valve rod 20 in the opening direction of the valve; a spring 35 mounted into the downstream chamber 8 from the rod mounting port 10 to press the valve 21 in the closing direction; a lower cap 4 mounted to the rod mounting port 10 to close the rod mounting port 10 and to hold the spring 35. The spring 35 is mounted after fixing the diaphragm 40.
