PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ink jet recording excellent in abrading properties and printing quality even when printing is executed with a pigment ink with small content of a dispersed resin. SOLUTION: In an ink jet recording medium having one or more of ink accepting layers for recording at least on one side of a base material by fixing ink droplets containing non-soluble component thereto, the ink accepting layer, on which the non-soluble compound can be born, locates at the outermost side of the one or more of the ink accepting layers. The recording medium is employed to a recorded matter, on which an image is recorded. Recording is performed on the recording medium at least with the pigment inks of yellow, magenta, cyan and black. |
