PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier which discharges water in state of vapor in a room space to spread in a wide range in the space, without storing high temperature water in the apparatus, and sterilizes the discharged air in order not to deteriorate the hygienic condition in the room. SOLUTION: The humidifier comprises: a water tank; water pot; passage pipe for feeding water from the tank to the water pot; ultrasonic oscillator disposed in the bottom of the tank to atomize water; nozzle case for guiding the water atomized by the oscillator; blower for forcedly discharging the atomized water out; and discharge part disposed at the top of the nozzle case for adjusting the discharging direction of the atomized water. A hinge is formed on the top inner wall edge of the nozzle case, an evaporator for heating the atomized water to evaporate it is mounted and fixed to the top face of the hinge, and a screen plate for protecting the evaporator is disposed on the top end of the evaporator. |
