PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications navigation system capable of effectively providing necessary map information or the like while fully reflecting the will of a user of a terminal device on the information. SOLUTION: The communications navigation system comprises the terminal device T receiving and storing information transmitted from a server device SV, while moving with a vehicle, and the server device SV transmitting the information to the terminal device T, and performs a navigation process for assisting in navigating the vehicle.
