PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of effectively displaying a detailed map and a wide-area map even when they are displayed on two screens. SOLUTION: The detailed map is displayed, for example, on a master screen P while the wide-area map having lower resolution than the detailed map is displayed on a slave screen C. The wide-area map displayed on the slave screen C covers areas similar to those displayed on the master screen P.
