PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of an elastic stopper member capable of smoothly inserting a fixing portion into a hole without buckling a shaft portion of the elastic stopper member and suitably maintaining fitting of the fixing portion of the elastic stopper member to the hole and preventing the elastic stopper member from dropping-out from the hole. SOLUTION: An inner diameterϕd1 at an opening end of the hole 4 is lessened than an outer diameterϕD at an end portion of a base in the fixing portion 1c of the elastic stopper member 1, and an inner bore of the hole 4 is made smaller in a tapered state from an end side of an opening to an inner side.
