PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply large force to a central axis by enlarging the diameter of a gravity water turbine. SOLUTION: A rotor of this gravity water turbine is rotated with a gradient, and the rotor and the weight of water used are borne by a runner and a support wheel provided on the lower part of the rotor.
