PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device and a personal part washer using the pump device, capable of preventing water leakage caused in a pump part and adhesion of water of dew condensation to a pump motor so as to accomplish normal operation of the pump motor even in the case of disposing the pump part above the pump motor to reduce the size of the local washer to constitute the pump device. SOLUTION: The pump part 3 is disposed above the pump mote 4 to constitute a pump unit 5. An interposing member 2 for fitting the pump unit 5 to a base 6 as an installation part for the pump unit 5 is provided with a water passage 1 for letting water leakage caused in the pump part 3 and water of moisture condensation or the like flow downward without contacting the pump motor 4.
