PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained release granular preparation containing >=2 kinds physiologically active substances, capable of controlling each of elution speeds of the physiologically active substances especially having widely different water solubility. SOLUTION: This sustained release granular preparation is provided by incorporating at least 1 kind physiologically active substance having a high water solubility in an inner core, suppressing the elution of the physiological substance contained in the inner core by covering its surface with a middle layer, and further covering its surface with an outer layer part incorporated with >=1 kind of physiologically active substances having a lower water solubility than that of the physiologically active substance of the inner core, and capable of controlling the elution of each of >=2 kinds of physiologically active substances having widely different water solubility by disintegrating the outer layer for promoting the elution.
