PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated beverage pour-out device, a beverage container and a method of pouring out a beverage with which the beverage in the container can be drunk completely without being oxidized. SOLUTION: A mounting portion 2 to be mounted on a mouth 22 of a beverage container 20, a gas feed path 15 for permitting a gas cylinder 11 for feeding a gas of a predetermined pressure into the container 20 to communicate with the inside of the container 20, a take-out path 7 to be inserted into the container 20, a pour-out portion 3 for pouring a taken-out beverage in the container 20, and an open/close valve 4 for permitting a flow of the beverage taken out by the take-out path 7 and to be poured from the pour-out portion 3 are structured as an integrated unit. A punching portion 9 to form a through hole on a cap closing the mouth 22 of the beverage container 20 is provided at the tip of the take-out path 7.
