PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and lightweight rail engagement fitting capable of preventing the deformation and fracture of an engagement hole of a rail when the loads in a box-shaped conveying container are fixed by engaging the rail engagement fitting in the engagement hole of the rail in a condition that an entire belt has the approximately U-shape. SOLUTION: This rail engagement fitting having a belt mounting part orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the rail is locked in the engagement hole of a longitudinal and lateral hole combination-type rail and a lateral hole-type rail, whereby the force applied to a contact part of the rail and the rail engagement fitting caused by bondage force acting on the longitudinal direction of the rail, can be remarkably reduced.
