<p>The valve has a piezoelectric unit, a hydraulic chamber between first and second pistons of the valve element forming a tolerance compensation and hydraulic transmission element with a leak compensation filler connected to a high pressure region. A filler hollow chamber contains a solid body and has high pressure connection and leakage lines. The pressure in the hydraulic chamber can be set by specifying the branch geometry to the chamber. The valve has a piezoelectric unit for operating a valve element that interacts with at least one valve seat. A hydraulic chamber (13) between first and second pistons (9,11) of the valve element forms a tolerance compensation element and hydraulic transmission element with a leak compensation filler (23) connected to a high pressure region. A filler hollow chamber (24) contains a solid body (25) enclosed by a gap and has a high pressure connection line (26) at one end and a leakage line (27) at the other. A line leading to the chamber branches (29) along the solid body length and the pressure in the hydraulic chamber can be set by specifying the branch geometry.</p> |
